Molto Bene! Ravioli Co. is the product of 15 years of friendship from co-founders Andy Polhemus and Gabriel Austin. The two had their first jobs in the industry together during their senior year of high school. It was during their Bonnaroo 2012 trip that Andy realized what he was meant to do: own a food truck. Andy eventually grew to manage multiple food trucks before age 25 while Gabriel embarked on a career in media while steadily cultivating his passion for food. Now the two are living in the same city for the first time since 2011 to chase dreams together.
