About Our Venue
Bldg39 at the Arsenal is a spectacular NEW historic & industrial style event space with over 2,600 sq ft of an open floor plan with indoor and outdoor capabilities that can host any of your event needs! Our rental and site fee includes the use of our space for up to 5 hours, a built in bar, private suite/dressing area, ample parking and more.
One of our unique features of the venue is that it is also used as a co-working commercial kitchen for some of the best local caterers & food trucks. This allows you to choose from our list of caterers or partners to create a one of a kind menu or add a fun "late night snack" for your guests!

Rental Pricing
Our rental pricing is designed to help you stay in full control of your costs and is based on the day of the week and the time of day/year.
Our event space consists of 2,600 sq ft of open floor plan including an additional 1,000 sq ft of outdoor area. Our rental and site fee includes the use of our space doe up to 5 hours, a built in bar, private suite/dressing area, ample parking and more.

Bldg39 is the home of some of the best local caterers and food trucks, and we encourage you to celebrate that multicultural experience by designing a menu with a little something for everyone.
